A while back I posted on the UBS Handbook to Galatians I've been reading. In response a Logos rep contact me with some info about an update to the UBS Handbook series they now have available on pre-publication. Here's a quick blurb about that update in case you are interested:
In the UBS Handbook Series Upgrade, all Scripture passages are linked directly to the original language texts and English translations, and double-clicking any word automatically opens your lexicons to the relevant entry. As you are reading the UBS Handbooks, you can easily search and access topics or Scripture references you come across, making sermon preparation or Bible study easier than ever. What’s more, you can also link the UBS Handbooks to the other commentaries in your library for quick and accurate research for scholarly projects, sermon preparation, and personal study.
I haven't used these particular OT handbooks in the update, which includes 1 and 2 Kings, Ezra, Nehemiah, plus some of the Deuterocanonicals, but I do like the NT ones I have used. My hunch is that these are also useful if you are working in these particular books. If you have used them, I'd love to hear about what you think. Here's the link to the update if you are interested.
